We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Service Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer Invoice inquiries via phone and email. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform daily service billing through AEG’s ERP system.
- Review daily completed and started work orders with coordinators to ensure timely billing of work orders.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and parts) to ensure seamless customer service.
- Identify and escalation invoicing issues to management as necessary for further investigation and resolution.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Sales force FSM/CRM experience a plus.
- Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with service billing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
