Overview
Cortland Dental and Braces – Hygiene Travel Role to be flexible for Brockton & Chelsea, 3–4 days per week. Pay range $50–$60 per hour depending on experience and availability. Up to $10k sign‑on bonus or relocation bonus for full‑time and up to $5k for part‑time, plus production pay opportunity. Full‑time benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, flexible schedules.

- Hygienist continuing education: reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment
- Company‑provided certification trainings: CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc. Reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses required to obtain or renew the certificate
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Provide direct patient care under general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures
- Offer same‑day care opportunities when possible
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assess dental condition and needs of patients and review medical history
- Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
- Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed
- Take x‑rays and enter them into patient charts as needed
- Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire)
