We offer cutting-edge technology to prioritize patients time and visual health. Our locations boast multiple pieces of high tech equipment to more accurately treat and diagnose our patients. These are inclusive of but not limited to: WAM 800 digital autorefractor/ topographer, Essilor digital refraction systems, anterior segment imaging slit lamps, Daytona Optomap, iVue OCT, visual fields.

In addition to our comprehensive services, we also offer, medical disease management, co-management, specialty contact lens fittings, ortho-K, Tear Care dry eye treatments and more. Being a Lens Crafters partner we stock and sell private label contacts which give our patients a cost effective option to healthier contacts.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist located in MA. The Optometrist will provide exceptional eye care to patients, conduct comprehensive eye exams to determine vision problems, and prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses. The Optometrist will also diagnose and manage eye diseases and disorders, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.

While we seek a talented and medically oriented optometrist, our ideal candidate is also a team player. We have a full staff of vibrant and personable technicians that are ready and excited to assistant the doctor with pretesting, contact lens assessments, refractions, you name it! Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree

Active state Optometry license

Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills

Strong communication skills and ability to explain medical terms and procedures clearly to patients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in pediatric eye care and contact lens fittings is a plus

Familiarity with electronic medical records and diagnostic equipment

Commitment to ongoing education and professional development

Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Salary:
Starting at $175,000 annually + 25k sign on bonus with 3 year commitment!
