Family Practice - OB Physician

25 Miles South of Boston Permanent Position

  • Family Medicine or

  • Internal Medicine physician

• Patient Population: Seniors (65+), Medicare-focused

• Hybrid schedule

  • 4 days per week onsite (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

  • 1 day per week remote

• Monday-Friday schedule

• Part-time option: Minimum 4 onsite days per week

• Light call:

  • 2 evenings per month

  • 2 weekends per year

• 15-18 patients per day

Comprehensive, team-based primary care with a strong emphasis on holistic and social support:

• Routine primary care and chronic disease management

• In-clinic and virtual care options

• Care coordination with specialists and hospitals

• Assistance navigating insurance and the healthcare system

• Focus on social determinants of health (housing, food security, loneliness)

Each patient is supported by:

• Primary Care Physician

• Gather Guide Partner (social support & community resources)

• Medical Technician Partner (in-home care and monitoring)

• Works alongside other physicians and APPs

• No APP supervision required

• EMR: Athena

• Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time

• Base Salary: $250,000 - $290,000 (DOE)

• Bonus: 10%
