• Very little admin work outside of charting
• Staff sends prescriptions, does pre-certs, and prior auths.
• Being independent means physicians can practice medicine as they like.
• They can refer who they want to for specialty services.

• Physicians here take home 20% of what they bill, which is considerable.
• In house moderately complex lab, with a CLIA- license (also a rare thing) We do CBCs , AIC, PSA and T4S in house!
• Covered licensing + malpractice
• Rapid streps, rapid flus and more.
• We perform EKGs and spirometry.
• So the physicians get 20% of all that.
• These tests are done at time of service so when you talk to a diabetic about their AIC, you have the results right then!
• We calculate vacation pay by an average of your weekly visits.
