Duetotheircontinueddevelopmenttheyareseekingtorecruitanexperienceengineertojointheirgrowing Supplier Qualityorganisation .Our Clientislookingfora Senior Supplier Quality Engineerwhocanownsupplierperformance ,drive improvements,andensureworld-classqualityacrossahigh-tech,high-stakesproductrangeusedinmultipleenvironmentsaroundtheworldincludinggovernment/defence.

• Leadsupplierdevelopmenttoboostquality,capability,and delivery.
• Runsupplierauditsandcloseactionsfast.
• Qualifynewparts,processes,tooling,andsecondaryoperations.
• Tacklenonconformanceswithsolidroot-causeandcorrectiveaction(8D,5
  
  Whys,CAPA).
• Partner with Engineeringoncomplextechnicalissues.
• SupportNPI,design reviews,engineering changes,andconfigurationcontrol.
• OwnsupplierqualityKPIsanddrivecontinuousimprovementandcost-downactivity.
• Communicateconfidentlywithseniorstakeholdersandescalateissueswhenneeded.

• Engineering degree(orequivalentexperience).
• 7+yearsin
  
  Supplier
  
  Quality/Quality Engineeringorengineeringwithincomplexmechanicalorelectro-mechanicalmanufacturing.
• Strongbackgroundwithinanenvironmentthatsourcesmultiplematerialsandcomponents
• ExpertinGD&T,measurement methods,anddataanalysis.
• UnderstandingofISO
  9001andpreferablyISO
  14001
• Skilledin Solid Works ,statisticaltools,andleadingimprovementprojects.
• Understanding of Production Parts Approval Process
• Past Auditor experience,certification preferred
• Passport+driver’slicence;abletotravelupto
  25%.
