Brockton, MA 02301. Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $24.00/hr
. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

We offer a full‑time, daytime position (8 am – 5 pm, Monday‑Friday) with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You receive a company car, training, supplies, a schedule you can control, and the opportunity to earn tips and bonuses.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow the Molly Maid cleaning process to delight every client.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you are a Team Lead: manage the team’s schedule and driver safety; maintain the company car; oversee basic equipment maintenance.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday during the day (8 am – 5 pm).
