Plymouth Dermatology Associates is a Physician-owned Dermatology Practice that offers Medical, Cosmetic and Surgical Dermatology. This private practice is well established in historic Plymouth, Massachusetts.

We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician for our Medical Aesthetic Center. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and customer service, with a strong background in esthetics and cosmetology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide personalized skincare solutions, perform advanced treatments, and contribute to a welcoming environment that emphasizes professional growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality esthetic services, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall success of our Aesthetic Center.

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, waxing, and microdermabrasion, with precision and professionalism.
• Assess patients' skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and grow our online presence.

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
• Prior experience in med spa environments is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in performing advanced skin care treatments including microdermabrasion and microneedling.
• Familiarity with salon management software.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and industry safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
