• Provide exceptional customer service by conducting thorough consultations to understand each client's hair goals and deliver personalized recommendations.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive salon environment where clients feel comfortable, appreciated, and confident in their appearance.
• Perform expert hair services including precision haircuts, braiding, blowouts, dry cutting, and formal styling, customized for a wide range of hair types and textures.
• Deliver high-quality color services such as highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, color corrections, and other specialized coloring treatments.
• Offer guidance on selecting and using appropriate hair care products and styling tools to help clients maintain their look between visits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and salon space in accordance with salon policies and state sanitation guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and proactive appointment scheduling to encourage repeat visits.
• Adhere to all salon policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct, in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing standards.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience as a hairstylist in a salon, with a strong portfolio showcasing cutting, coloring, braiding, and styling skills. Experience working with a variety of hair textures and styles is highly preferred.
• A valid cosmetology license (or equivalent) issued by the state of Massachusetts, in accordance with all legal and professional requirements.
• Proven customer service experience, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage clients professionally and thoughtfully.
• Proficient in a diverse range of hairstyling techniques, including braiding, haircuts, blowouts, balayage, highlights, color corrections, and formal event styling.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating versatility in working with all hair types and showcasing advanced techniques, including intricate braiding and special occasion styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle appointments efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
