• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Provide additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, color theory, and styling techniques.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance practices.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement services provided.

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
• Proficiency in nail care techniques and knowledge of color theory.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, or barbering is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
