Job Title: Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Location: Chatham, MA 02601

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Mon–Fri (7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)

Travel Pay Range: $57–$65/hour

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chatham, MA
. The therapist will provide high-quality rehabilitative care, deliver evidence-based treatments, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support strong patient outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and set measurable treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments of muscle, nerve, and joint function.
• Administer therapy treatments and track patient progress.
• Document care, treatment outcomes, and communications accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and home care programs.
• Support and guide PT Assistants, Aides, and students as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and infection control standards.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education.
• Record daily patient activities and associated charges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Massachusetts PT license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Specialist certification in a clinical practice area
• Experience in rehab program planning, staff development, or clinical mentoring
