Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

• Provide direct one‑on‑one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

• Pay range:
  Hourly $18-$22 per hour.
• Part‑time Tuesday‑Friday 2‑6 pm, weekends open as well.
• 15‑20 hours per week.

Skills and Qualifications for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Ability to manage behaviors effectively.
• Experience working with kids.
