Job Overview

You will provide high‑quality patient care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a Patient Care Technician you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, measure and record vital stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and set up the hemodialysis machine.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record patient statistics.
• Initiate cannulation and perform patient observations.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Develop deep relationships with patients to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or other state‑approved certification (for experienced PCTs).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
