In-Home Therapist – 4 Day work week

Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our team in Massachusetts. We offer generous compensation and premier benefits. The In‑Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes, focusing on youth behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with families and support teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session progress.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or a related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable).
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred).
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.

• Optional 4‑Day work week available! Work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.

• Full‑time salary: $64,000–$72,000. Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity.
• Fee for service rate: $50–$70 per hour.
