Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Mentor South Bay

Salary range: $80,000–$83,000 per year.
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.

• Coordinate treatment and implement services for assigned clients, including outreach visits, as part of a multidisciplinary Early Childhood Services team.
• Provide outreach services to children and families and consult with team members in developing individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clients.
• Maintain client records completely and accurately, including IFSPs with full assessment of client functioning and goals, documentation of client progress, required contact with collateral and family members, arena assessments, and DPH forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge.
• Complete billing documentation according to স্থান established by the company.
• Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to the applicable disciplines, keep the supervisor informed of client progress, and meet direct service requirements based on part‑time or full‑time status.
• Follow clinical recommendations from clinical administration and maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters.
• Ensure compliance with billing and documentation in accordance with direct service requirements.
• Conduct visits with clients and relevant collateral in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family.

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.
