The Brockton clinic is located conveniently off Exit 18B of Route 24, near Boston Medical Center - South. We share our space with MCR Chiropractic and also offer massage therapy, giving our patients convenient access to additional needs they may have!
What You'll Do- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities
- Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals
- Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules
- Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks
- Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
