Compensation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Front of House daily operations
  • Manage Front of House employees and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests
  • Provide or direct Front of House training
  • Manage performance of Front of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assist with development of key employees, including daily performance feedback during one-on-ones
  • Review applications, interview, hire, or recommend Front of House hires
  • Schedule and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant open hours
  • Create a fun, safe environment by upholding core values, goals, and staff incentives
  • Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
