North East Electrical is looking for a full‑time Commercial Digital Solutions Manager to join our team in Brockton, MA.

Shift: Monday‑Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 plus annual bonus plan

Role Overview

The Commercial Digital Solutions Manager will develop, maintain, and implement digital strategies throughout North East in collaboration with associates and customers.

Key responsibilities include managing new and existing digital customer accounts and contacts; creating and managing eLink profiles and serving as point of contact for all eLink issues; testing new website functionality; becoming an expert on all existing and future digital solutions; and demoing and selling the North East Mobile App, Website, eLink, and any other digital solutions that have been or will be created for customers.

  • Digital Training:
    Responsible for training internal North East teams on our digital capabilities via webinars, in‑branch training, and follow‑up on digital competency.
  • Customer Development:
    Understand customer business systems and how to integrate North East digital solutions into their processes; serve as backup to the Solutions Specialist.
  • Web Maintenance:
    Project management for customer and product cleanup; schedule regular calls with purchasing, credit, and pricing departments to ensure data is managed effectively.
  • Digital Development:
    Create a development roadmap for the website based on customer feedback; resolve digital product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting solutions, and ensuring follow‑up.
  • Account Management:
    Open and maintain digital customer accounts by inputting customer information into Web Admin, Eclipse, and/or Conexiom.
  • Marketing Support:
    Assist the Marketing/Digital Department with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
  • Industry Research:
    Report on industry and competitor trends as they relate to digital capabilities.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a business‑related field
  • 2+ years of marketing & customer‑facing sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Self‑starter who can work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent time‑management, planning, organizational, and execution skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to set goals and meet deadlines; work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, positive team approach to problem resolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented and organized
  • Comfort speaking in front of executive‑level leaders
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Wrike, Marketo, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Ability to travel within our New England region
