Spencer Rigby has partnered with a high growth, spine/ biologics manufacturer as it rebuilds its US commercial organization under new executive leadership. The company is on a mission to shed its legacy reputation as a "spine-only" player and reposition itself as a true multi-indication leader across Biologics, CMF, Trauma, Deformities and Spine.
We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of an untapped New England region, expand business and build the distributor network to aid and support the growth. With no ceiling, uncapped potential and full autonomy to shape how the region is run, this is a rare opportunity not to be missed.
- Expertise in either spine hardware, trauma, foot & ankle, CMF, biologics, or deformity.
- Direct, hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, motivating, and exiting 1099 distributors or agencies.
- A true builder who has personally opened and grown business, not just inherited it, and has the numbers to prove it
