Compensation: USD $23 – $27 per hour

Job OverviewThe Warehouse Operator III is responsible for performing and supporting all warehouse operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This includes receiving, dispensing, storing, and shipping raw materials, finished goods, and packaging components in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards. As a multifunctional role, the Warehouse Operator III may also assist Packaging, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Verify incoming shipments including quantities, condition, and documentation (BOL, PO, Packing List).
- Dispense raw materials and packaging components per batch requirements and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure proper labeling, status identification, and movement of materials (Quarantine, Released, Rejected).
- Dispatch finished goods safely and accurately.
- Operate, clean, and perform minor calibrations on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Complete all logs, forms, and documentation accurately, clearly, and in compliance with cGMP.
- Assist QA in material sampling processes.
- Ensure safe and effective material movement across warehouse and production areas.
- Follow cGMP, QMS, SOPs, and FDA regulations at all times.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Adhere to OSHA and company Health & Safety guidelines.
- Wear required PPE, including respiratory protection when applicable.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or deviations to supervisors immediately.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience within the last 2 years (pharma/nutraceutical/medical device preferred).
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical environments (highly preferred).
- Basic mechanical understanding and ability to operate material‑handling equipment.
- Strong mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.
- Accredited college certificate or university degree.
- Experience in high‑volume pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
