Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Production Assembler to join our team. In this fast‑paced, quality‑driven role, you will assemble components and subassemblies of industrial air compressors and vacuum systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test components for industrial air compressors and vacuum systems according to technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper functionality of components, parts, and assemblies, conducting quality checks and troubleshooting as needed.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other machinery used in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety protocols.
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping of completed work, inventory, and parts used during assembly.
- Follow all company policies regarding product quality, safety, and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar production environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high‑quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery.
