We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases. This role offers a dynamic and autonomous practice environment where CRNAs are valued as integral members of the anesthesia care team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre‑anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration, ensuring optimal safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage post‑anesthesia recovery, including pain management and patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Current RN and APRN licenses in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire).
- Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting is preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply.
