As an Assistant Nurse Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide clinical support to nurses and non-clinical staff in assigned programs.
- Supervise Nurse Manager I and Nurse Manager II in service area.
- Review medical records and physician orders to ensure program compliance, updating information as needed.
- Participate in program audits and other quality improvement initiatives.
- On a rotating basis, provide division wide health care trainings, such as vital signs, infection control, nursing assessments etc.
- On a rotating basis, provide agency wide electronic health care record trainings.
- Required:
Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car. - Preferred:
Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car. - Experience:
Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional). - Skills:
Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork. - Bonus:
Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
