Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Outpatient Only | Full-Time

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient-only, patient-centered medical home team. This is a full-time position with a supportive, team-based care model providing accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated family medicine services in a culturally competent environment.

• FNP Only – No new graduates

• Outpatient Only – No inpatient or call

• Full-Time Schedule

• Collaborative team-based primary care setting

• Competitive Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
