Travel Registered Nurse Tele

Registered Nurse – Telemetry in Brockton, Massachusetts. This travel assignment starts on 11/30/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,277 to $2,294 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shifts are 12 hours, daytime (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.), with every-other weekend and every-other holiday coverage in a hospital setting.

• Local vs travel rate: local candidates within 50 miles will receive the local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate

• Monitor telemetry and respond to alarms; trend and interpret telemetry strips to identify changes in patient status
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders, and document administration in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care across units and ensure safe patient transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with unit protocols
• Adapt to multiple Telemetry/Med Surg units as needed and participate in unit handoffs and patient reassignments

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of recent acute care experience with telemetry;
  Meditech IVs; and EPIC experience
• Ability to independently read telemetry strips and pass an on-site exam on Day 1 with 84% or better (2 attempts)
• Willingness to adapt quickly to different units; float experience 3–5 years preferred (able to work across up to 5 Med Surg/Tele units)
