The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System, Brockton campus, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Homeless Domiciliary Program (MHRRTP).
As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate medical status with the MD/NP. The role serves Veterans 18 and older, focusing on physical and mental health needs, with a Monday–Friday schedule 6:00am–2:30pm and some weekend/holiday rotations.
