Team Member Roles:

Working at Papa Gino’s and D'Angelo's is all about teamwork, pride and serving every guest the delicious food they are craving. You can be sure to learn new skills, make new friends, learn the basics of the menu (food safety and sanitation), learn additional skills and grow your career. Become a server, cashier, cook, and delivery driver or start working towards becoming a Shift Leader.

• Cashier: You are responsible for greeting each guest energetically and with a sincere welcome, listening to their order, suggesting items, and being knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system. You’ll handle credit cards, rewards cards and cash with focus and precision after thorough training.
• Cook: You will prepare and present our food according to company specifications and be trained to use the equipment, resources and tools needed to prepare the best product for our guests.
• Shift Leader: You will take the first step into a leadership role, assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling Team Members, inventory control, and cash handling/training.
