Essential Role as Maintenance Associate / Service Valet
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented team player to join the professional ranks at Copeland Toyota. As a Dealership Maintenance Associate / Service Valet
, you will play an essential part in our daily success. This rewarding role is critical for two primary functions: first, ensuring our facility and lot maintain a professional, welcoming appearance; and second, supporting our Service Department by facilitating vehicle flow and providing hands-on customer service support. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the business from the ground up!
- Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot, removing debris and trash daily.
- Monitor and tidy common areas, including customer waiting areas.
- Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, lighting, etc.) promptly to management.
- Assist with light facility upkeep tasks as needed.
- Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
- Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
- Shuttle vehicles and customers on/off premises when needed.
- Maintain organization of customer vehicles in the service lot.
- Help with light cleaning responsibilities around the dealership.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be 18+ years old
. - High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- At least 1 year of work experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Team player, energetic, motivated, and hard-working.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment.
- Previous experience in janitorial or facility maintenance preferred but not required.
- Full-time or part-time options available.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
