Job Overview

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, hire, counsel, and manage termination processes, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to internal policies.

Maintain financial controls, including managing shrinkage, payroll, and operating expenses.

Oversee inventory management, conduct transactions, and ensure compliance with shrink control standards.

Monitor sales activities to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Supervise staff involved in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer service.

Ensure staff compliance with Citi Trends policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

3-5 years of retail experience as a Store Manager.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Proficiency in mathematical calculations such as percentages, addition, and subtraction.
