Whatdoes the Support Lead do?
- Under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates of the store while the Manager on Duty.
- Responsible for all key functions of the store as directed and to “Wow the Customer” by assisting with front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.
- As a Five Below leader, contributes to the store’s success, models leadership, and delivers as a manager on duty when assigned.

- Ensure all associates and managers wow the customer through personal contact with customers
- Achieve CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager
- Lead Front End Operations
- Train staff on the High Fives of Customer Service
- Ensure fast, friendly checkout; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers
- Open and close store procedures; assist with Front End Operations
- Perform store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in supervising, training, coaching, and developing all Associates
- Review corporate communications and respond accordingly
- Partner with supervisors or corporate office regarding store issues
- Drive store sales and control expenses; assist payroll within budget
- Assist in merchandising procedures; adhere to Five Below SOPs
- Cash handling procedures including deposits; authorize register functions (post voids, returns, discounts)
- Comply with Human Resources policies and procedures; assist in receiving, stocking, and merchandising
- Unloads and checks in shipments; stage merchandise for the sales floor; pack out merchandise
- Assist front end and queue merchandising; contribute to driving key metrics (Sales, ADS, CSAT, Expenses)
- Perform store maintenance (cleaning, stock room, etc.)

Qualifications- High School Graduate or equivalent;
College experience preferred - Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking; ability to remain composed under pressure
