Front End Service Team Associate – Walmart
Base Pay Range
: $16.00/hr – $29.00/hr
Hourly wage is $16–$29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet, and thank customers; process returns/refunds; carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and the role may require standing for long periods of time.
