The Marketing Manager, Grocery Retail leads revenue growth strategies, manages campaigns, community outreach, and in-store experience to drive sales and traffic.

• Own weekly sales and traffic targets, measuring success by sales growth.
• Manage loyalty program, including enrollment, retention, and communications.
• Lead omnichannel campaigns across social, radio, print, and in-store, maintaining vendor relationships.
• Oversee in-store customer experience, signage, displays, and cultural activations.
• Manage weekly circular creation and community outreach efforts.

• Focus on sales-driven decisions and retail operations.
• Create memorable customer experiences.
• Lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and own outcomes.

• Increase weekly customer count.
• Enroll 2,500+ in loyalty program by week 12.
• Manage paid media spend within 1% of sales monthly.

• 4–7 years marketing experience, preferably in grocery retail.
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese or Spanish; multicultural market understanding.
• Experience with paid social, radio, print campaigns, loyalty programs, and community partnerships.
• Strong team leadership, vendor management, and cultural fluency.

• Base salary of $90,000 -$110,000 depending on experience
