Virtual Phone Sales role at Spieldenner Group
Spieldenner Financial Group is part of one of the fastest‑growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus areas include paying agents quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing the training and support needed for agents to succeed.
Job Duties- Setting Appointments
: 6‑8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and schedule a meeting to discuss their mortgage protection coverage. - Research
: 4‑5 hours per week – dig into client-provided information to customize options that meet financial needs in the event of death or disability. - Meeting with Families
: 2 days per week – meet with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply. - Administrative
: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

CompensationThis is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect current retirement accounts from market volatility.
We provide extensive training on how to sell these products. In addition to uncapped commission, we offer a competitive bonus structure and incentive trips for qualifying agents and managers based on individual and team results.
