School Speech Language Pathologist - Brockton, Massachusetts

A K-12 school in Brockton, MA is seeking a skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position spanning the full academic school year. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication development across a dynamic and diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student goals and intervention strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with K‑12 students in a school setting preferred.
  • Ability to assess and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with current speech therapy techniques and technologies.
Location
  • Brockton, Massachusetts – serving the K‑12 student population in a contract role for the school year.
