Father Bill's & Main Spring is seeking an Upstream Prevention Case Manager to preserve existing tenancies and locate housing opportunities for participants. You will build relationships with landlords, state officials, researchers, and internal FBMS teams while coordinating housing strategies.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in housing or social work, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong organization and communication skills. A valid driver's license and vehicle access are required.
