Effective rate consists of:

• Hourly rate: $10.50 - $17.00, based on experience
• Incentives:
  
  $1.00-$2.00 per hour average, based on productivity

Additional earning opportunities:

• Overtime

• Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance
• Repair tires, perform tire rotations
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires
• Perform oil changes and install filters

• Willingness to learn the basics of preventive maintenance
• Current college/trade school students and graduates encouraged to apply

• Transferable skills or relevant experience, such as food industry, manufacturing, or production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform services efficiently
• Confidence in communication with team members
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 70lbs. and endure crouching, bending, and turning
