Swift Collision is seeking a detail-oriented Refinishing Paint Buffer to help our painted vehicles look flawless. If you love hands-on work, have an eye for perfection, and enjoy making every surface gleam, this could be your perfect role.

$20-25 / hour

• Inspect freshly painted vehicles for imperfections like scratches, dust, or orange peel
• Buff and polish surfaces to a smooth, high-quality finish
• Maintain your tools and work area while ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards
• Work closely with paint technicians to deliver stunning results

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 to 5 years of automotive paint finishing or buffing experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and pride in your work
