Responsibilities- Review PE / Product Group requests for spare parts lists, including project documentation, and create spare parts quotations. Work with Project Engineers to ensure all viable spare parts are quoted.
- Analyze and interpret customer inquiries, including specifications, to specify appropriate equipment and/or spare parts for the application.
- Develop cost estimates according to established guidelines.
- Set product pricing using market intelligence plus mark-up and commission schedules established by management.
- Locate and use drawings and other project information needed for quotation.
- Create, edit, and issue formal quotations to customers.
- Follow-up on open quotes as well as any written or verbal correspondence from customers.
- Provide updates regarding the status of open proposals and action items needed to win the order.
- Work with management to determine updated skills and tools needed to continue improving performance and knowledge.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned that are appropriate based on skills and experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience (e.g., sales and/or industry experience) and/or Zeeco experience.
