You will develop referral relationships; you’ll play a fundamental role in helping us grow through patient referrals. To help support our business goals, your primary aim will be to foster strong referral relationships within a geographic territory. You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders including prospective patients, family members, physicians, Hospitals, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers and payer representatives.

• Develop strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Assist in improving the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on our hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Responds to and overcomes admission barriers and follows-up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to various groups about our services and outcomes.

• Must have a current driver's license in the state of Oklahoma and an acceptable driving record according to company policy.
• Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Nursing or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of proven marketing in Hospice or Home Health Care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
