We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Broken Arrow, OK. The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting in‑depth keyword research, performing SEO audits, developing and implementing strategies for on‑page and off‑page optimization, and managing link‑building initiatives. Using web analytics tools, the specialist will analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations to enhance website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is crucial for success in this role.

• Proven experience working in SEO, either at an agency, in‑house, or through freelance projects
• Strong understanding of on‑page, technical, and content‑driven SEO
• Comfortable working in Word Press to optimize existing pages and build new SEO‑focused pages
• Hands‑on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and common SEO tools
• Confident performing technical SEO audits and prioritizing fixes that move rankings and traffic
• Able to research keywords, competitors, and SERPs to inform strategy
• Experience writing, editing, or optimizing blog and service‑page content for search
• Understands internal linking, site structure, and how SEO supports conversions
• Self‑directed and capable of managing tasks without heavy oversight
• Wants to grow with a fast‑scaling agency and step into higher responsibility quickly
• Motivated by performance, skill growth, and long‑term upside rather than just a static role
• Enjoys working with a chill, high‑output team that moves fast and rewards results
• Must currently live within 50 miles of Broken Arrow, OK and be willing to commute
