Unity Developer

We don't need an Unity Developer who knows everything about Kafka; we need one curious enough to find out what they don't. Consider the trade: your 4 years of Rust for $72,000 - $109,000, a contract schedule, and ownership most shops never offer.

• Own the mission-driven Nginx subsystem that the rest of Investment Advisory Group quietly depends on
• Profile Flask memory use and chase down the leaks crashing Broken Arrow nodes
• Write the Microsoft Azure integration tests that catch regressions before Broken Arrow, OK ships them
• Sketch Kafka sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Apply Kafka and Microsoft Azure to solve quality-focused engineering challenges

• At least 4 years building expertise within the technology space
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Fluency in Project Management earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial

Investment Advisory Group treats Broken Arrow, OK as both home and laboratory, prototyping solutions-focused technology ideas no larger rival would risk. At Investment Advisory Group feedback has a short half-life, delivered close to the moment it can still help.

Salary opens at $72,000 - $109,000 and the perks compound: paid learning, health coverage, mentorship, and a flexible Broken Arrow, OK setup.

This posting reflects an open need we are working to close this quarter.
