About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry. You'll manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
- Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Attention to detail, creative thinking, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
