Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

The Senior In-House Litigation Attorney will be based at our Madison, WI campus and may be required to relocate. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other risk areas.
• Assisting in handling multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Advancing to higher responsibility as knowledge of the rapidly changing industry deepens.

• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
