• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to work extended shifts and weekends, including holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and reach up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service, technical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate staff to achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while supervising staff.
• Ability to multi‑task, write legibly, use proper grammar.
• Ability to speak before small/large groups.
• Diplomatic, enthusiastic interpersonal style and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Self‑starting and self‑directing work capabilities.
• Ability to work calmly under stressful conditions.

• Direct supervision, support, and motivation of mobile staff.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, including registration, vital signs, medical screening, phlebotomy, heat sealing, and record‑keeping for whole blood and apheresis collection.
• Create a great experience for volunteer blood donors.
• Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, and donor eligibility determinations.
• Work a varied schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide training and coaching.
