Job Title: Heavy Industrial Assembler
Pay: $20/hour+ (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift:
• Day
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Night
Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
(Could involve 10–11 hour shifts, Monday–Saturday)
Position Overview
We are currently hiring Heavy Industrial Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Broken Arrow, OK. Candidates must be able to pass an onsite test before being hired. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical assembly experience looking to grow with a company offering long-term career potential.
Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Minimum 1 year of crane operation experience
• Tack welding knowledge is a plus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines
• Complete required safety, production, and quality documentation
• Install major components using working knowledge of assembly techniques
• Interpret and understand schematic diagrams for proper component installation
• Safely operate hoists and other lifting/moving equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills independently and within a team
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other departments as needed
Preferred Education
• High school diploma or 2 years of relevant experience and/or training
• Vocational or technical education is a plus
