Food Production Associate

Overview

About the role:

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. This role is hands-on and vital to daily operations. The ideal candidate is teachable, works well with a team, and is committed to a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

• Mix and bottle seasonings according to production specifications
• Coat and roast cashews according to product specifications
• Clean and sanitize machines and production tools
• Wash and organize dishes at the end of each day
• Assist with various tasks on production line as needed
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety
• Stay on task in a fast-paced environment and take direction well

• Wear PPE including lab coats, gloves, closed-toed shoes, hairnets, beard nets, etc.
• Our seasonings contain some spicy ingredients — sometimes wearing a mask is necessary.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions
• High attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Teachable attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to stay late some days; some days production may close later due to closing duties

M-F 9-6. We sometimes work weekends if we are slammed and need some availability for weekends if needed.
