Production Manager
Siemens is seeking a Production Manager for wiring/assembly on 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK. You will lead assembly operations for MV and LV switch gear, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborate with EHS and engineering.
This role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in Engineer-to-Order manufacturing, and strong Lean and SAP experience. You will mentor teams, manage schedules, and push digitalization. Shift hours are 3:00pm-11:30pm.
