• Help implement and evaluate care plans for individual care of each resident as an RN.
• Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders in a timely manner as an RN.
• Report required condition changes, events to appropriate parties.
• Administer medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate/ document accidents/incidents.
