Angels Care Home Health seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision in clients’ homes. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to deliver high-quality in-home care.
The ideal candidate will have an accredited LPN program, an active LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years as an LPN (home health preferred). A valid driver's license is required.
