Locke Supply Company of Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an outgoing and energetic Branch Associate to provide excellent customer service at our branch locations, offer advice and recommendations based on customers’ needs, and deliver products from our branches to the customer. Locke Supply Co. is a growing, employee‑owned distributor for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment based in Oklahoma City. The history of the company dates back to 1955, when Don and Wanda Locke opened a wholesale plumbing supply outlet in Bartlesville, OK. Locke Supply had a marketing vision of taking the merchandise to the customers’ territory with exceptional customer service.

It didn’t take long for customers to develop a strong liking to the way the Locke Supply did business which led to the opening of a second branch in 1958. This concept has allowed Locke Supply to grow in areas never before considered. Today, there are over 190 store locations in a six‑state area and a 100‑acre distribution center to supply them all.

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional product recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail store and track inventory meticulously.
• Fill orders, ensure stock is ready for reorders, and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready for loading.
• Help customers obtain what they need promptly, contributing to efficient job completion.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment physical examination.
• Ability to pass a D.O.T physical and drug test.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full‑time position. Our hours of operation are Monday‑Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Saturday schedules can be adjusted at the discretion of the Branch Manager.
